START A RETURN
Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days has passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also have the product tags attached.
Returns can be done in store or online. Please see our online return/shipping instructions below.
Shipping
To return your product, please email us at info@cattyshackgolf.com and provide your order number and reason for the return. Once approved, we will provide a return label for your item(s). You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you would like to send the order back on your own, please write your order number on the outside of the box and send it to: 307 Fort Riley Blvd. Manhattan, KS 66502.
If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without a tracking number.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet, please check with your bank or credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve already done this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@cattyshackgolf.com.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size/color, please send us an email at info@cattyshackgolf.com and send your item back to: 307 Fort Riley Blvd. Manhattan KS 66502.
